Cancellations received 5 days or less prior to the event will incur a fullcharge. Cancellations of less than 10 days prior to the event will incur a 50% charge. Events cancelled over 10 days prior to event will incur no charge.
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Paypal (this methods incurs extra charges) cash and BACS transfers. Cheques are NOT accepted
Please note that payment must be made on the day of the event or within 14 days unless arranged prior to cover in writing. An additional 20% of the cover fee will be added to late payments unless pre-arranged with the Operations Department
