I needed help for a friend who had to be brought by ambulance from France to the UK. From the very first call to Ashton I felt we were in safe hands. Whilst I had struggled dealing with everything when in different countries to my friend, Ashton made a stressful situation stress-free! The transfer went smoothly and I was kept up to date along the journey. The patient has advised that his travel was comfortable and that he would recommend the company without hesitation
We had spoken to Ashton about transferring my 100 year old Mum from Hospital in Scotland to a nursing home in near St Albans. We could not confirm date however of discharge was confirmed at 4:30 pm for the following morning.Ashton went above and beyond to find a crew and ambulance for the next morning. The crew arrived on time and Jay and Kieran the crew were fantastic with Mum kept her entertained and comfortable and arrived at the new home well on time. I highly recommend AB Medical for this service.

A B Medical services took my frail elderly mother up to the funeral of her daughter, not a fun day out. They were kind, considerate and gentle, consummately professional and efficient. Not having to worry about mama’s safety and wellbeing was a huge comfort for everyone. I cannot praise them highly enough.
I booked AB Medical to transport my housebound and very immobile Father to a day procedure hospital appointment. The team who arrived were wonderful (Benn and Debs) They made my father comfortable, chatting with him in the back of the ambulance and made his journey an enjoyable outing. When we arrived at the hospital, I did not expect the team to help me to the 8th Floor. The department is difficult to find, two sets of lifts were out of service, but the Team were in no hurry to leave, but to ensure my father arrived safely to his ward. On arrival, the hospital bed had a folded linen and not made up. Benn and Debs made themselves busy with making up the bed for my father, even a ‘turn down service’ of the corners of the sheets. As usual with appointments, they never run to time. I stayed in contact with Benn as we were now 1.5 hours after the scheduled collection. That was no problem for the team. They had a long drive home, but were only caring, and wanting to help. ‘All in a 12-hour day’s shift’ apparently. This service is great. Well organised, professional and the best team. AB run a highly professional and competent operation. We had what we felt to be a reasonably complicated repatriation involving two people with massively differing medical needs. A B Medical Services recently undertook an emergency transfer for me as the Manager of a Kent Nursing Home, bringing a very unwell resident to the Home. This was undertaken immediately and efficiently and the resident himself reported that, although he had been dreading the pain that the journey would cause, he was amazed at the careful assurance that this would be minimal… And it was!! I would like to thank the team at A B Medical Services for such great service, given with literally no notice. Much appreciated!

We are a TV Production Company and we used A B Medical Services for our location based shoot. They were professional and courteous throughout, especially in tough working conditions. Diverse Care were part of the Abridge carnival on 29/06/2014. We acquired the services of AB Medical for the day to provide paramedic support for the whole event. In order to get my terminally ill Father back to the UK we had to arrange medical repatriation for him, I had no idea where to start but the moment I contacted Ashton He put my mind at ease and everything was organised within a few days professionally and efficiently.

We would like to say a thank you to A B Medical Services (UK) Limited for your support of the Chilton D-Day Commemoration and Village Festival that took place on Saturday 7 June 2104. The Festival was an outstanding success. The accolades for a fantastic, inclusive community Festival with great live music, entertainment and stalls, which also fittingly commemorated the significant contribution made by the men of 6th Airborne Division and the RAF’s No.38 Group, continue to roll in.
The event was well attended, blessed by warm weather and was opened by the local MP Ed Vaizey. The Lord Lieutenant of Oxfordshire was the guest of honour for the Commemoration Service. Also in attendance were the local units of the Royal British Legion, RAF Associations, Veterans Groups, and Air Training Corps, Scouts amongst many others.
A B Medical Services (UK) Limited was in attendance throughout the Festival providing a first class service. It swiftly became apparent that, as the Festival organiser, I was able to relax secure in the knowledge that the First Aid Cover of the event was in good hands. The staff’s friendly, relaxed and professional manner ensured that they integrated well with the attendees and were on hand if and when needed. In fact the they became part of the Festival and were a real pleasure to work with.
The first aid officer who attended the our NHS Open day was timely, polite and very efficient. I believe he only had a few minor cuts and scrapes to deal with in the day but he was extremely professional throughout – I would definitely use A B Medical in the future

A B Medical Services far exceeded anything I could have hoped for. Having never contracted emergency medical services for an event before, I was nervous about how things would work out. However, from the moment our team met Ash and Jack it was clear we had made the right decision. Hired for a marathon and half-marathon event, communication with the company was made easy in the run up to the race, and we were reassured by the depth of detail they gave us about what they’d be providing before we confirmed our booking. I participated in a 3 day cycling race last weekend (May 14). I crashed quite badly and was immediately attended to by the medical car following the riders. I would like to express how grateful I am to the Medic (DP) who did a simply outstanding job. He immediately assessed my condition and injuries and took care of my wounds.
